This is a tough one - first love is all consuming, isn't it?! It's a wonderful feeling though, but very frustrating as it's hard to concentrate and focus when your mind just doesn't want to stay in the "mundane" stuff when your heart is singing!
Wish I had a good answer for you for this one...but I was never any good at this sort of thing either. At least you acknowledge the issue here - so you're half way there!

keep studying becasue if you fail your parents wont let you see them anyway lol. its hard but set aside some study time and some thinking about your first love time and dont let the two cross over into one another

It's kinda hard u know.Even if u r not in a first love,it is hard to keep your mind focus on something.
