Yes talking parrots do exist. These parrots cannot talk on their own but can very well imitate human voices. For that a lot of training is given to the parrots. I can tell you as I have personally experienced it. If I say HELLO the parrot will say only HELLO and nothing else.

yes some parrots can talk namely the Macaws; the largest birds in the parrot family. They can be found in Guyana,Brazil, Suriname in South America and parts of Central America. If you want proof just visit the Guyana zoo and you'll be greeted by these colorful birds. They can say a variety of word including greetings and expletives people also keep them as pets and train them to say all sorts of things. These Macaws usually achieve this by repeating humans when they are brought out from the wild. You can also visit tourism websites about Guyana and learn more about these parrots

THere are plenty of talking parrots. Check your local pet store or see if there is a bird fanciers club in your neighborhood.

My wife had a parrot that she got when she was a kid living in Panama. She named it "morgan" after a famous pirate. It could say "Morgan the Pirate!" and give a tremendous pirate style laugh. And also, "Shiver me timbers" and "Crackers ahoy" - which all sounds amusing but got really annoying after the 1,000th time.

Once I had a parakeet (budgie) and I tried to teach it to talk but it wouldnt say anything. I went away on vacation and left it with my scottish aunt. When I came back it could say "Pretty boy" with a scottish accent. hahahah!

Yes, they do. However, the talking is limited to a few words for which also it has to be tutored for a long time. I had such a parrot at my home.I have also seen similar birds with some of my friends.

Of course they exist. Haven't you ever been to a zoo with talking parrots. Well maybe not, that is rare, but I have seen them. They are quite annoying

Depends on what you mean by "talking." As in using and understanding human language, no. As in using an extensive vocabulary, yes.
But then again, humans can't speak parrot (or any non-human animal language) either.
