Oh sweet :)
I bought a baby name book when I found out I was expecting, then ended up calling one of my twin boys after a favourite kids TV show I loved as a Child, my other son was out of the book.
When I had my daughter I called her after a favourite TV show character, then my then brother-in-law's motorbike make as a middle name.
I guess you don't always need a book, just look around for inspiration like Gwyneth Paltrow, but not that extreme.
Also tell her to be careful as I was watching R&J teatime chatshow & Judy asked why a certain flower name wasn't used, apparently it is because it means something rude in a different language.
Congratulations to your sister.

I like Melissa, as it's a lovely word to say, and it's also the latin name for lemon balm which is a soothing herb. Also charlotte is nice. Make sure you pick something that goes well with the surname, and check the initials eg. I couldn't call my daughter Catherine Ann Kelly or her initials would be CAK! Good luck to your sister & lucky you being an auntie to a little girl.
Lots of love and hugs xxx

I like classic names - they don't date you. I think names like Venetia, Hero, and Georgette are lovely. My own children are Georgina and Joanna. I made a mistake with my sons names. They're both considered common now, like all the Waynes and Ryans are. And of course, like the Kylies will be, along with the Sharons and Traceys. It's such a pity.

Anfa is a nice name, it is from the German word Anfang meaning first or new beginning.
or Schona with the umlaut over the letter o it is taken from the German word for beauty. It is pronounced Shuna.
Love and best wishes to yer sis.
