Some bars/clubs have 21 and older only policy. However, some are 18 and older and serve alcohol, but they tag the 21 and older so they can buy and drink. Just have to look for these. One more month and you would be good to go huh?

Well in oklahoma they have some teen clubs where there is no drinks served that you have to be 16 and then there are some clubs that you have to be 21 or older, no matter what, and elswhere as far as I am aware of, since that IS the drinking age...

first off you are a liar; of course you want to drink. it is just easier to not let you into the club so they card you once at the door. you won't be allowed in. but there is no law preventing those younger than 21 to enter a bar. just consumption

Depends on the state. In Wisconsin you can usually get in without being carded, but in many others they check to make sure you are 21 at the door.

Hmm...I was going to say 18, and they'd put a band or something around your wrist, or stamp your hand to show you can't drink, but I've never been to NYC or LA.

hmmm bars are there to make people drink and pay their fees -- if you don't want to drink...than no business and you have no business being there. that solves part of the problem. Make another excuse than just "you want to get in" --may be then it will be accepted. Hope it helps.
