do you keep your mouth shut or say what you think and sod the consequences?

I always speak my mind no matter what. Sometimes I pay for it but at least people know how I feel.

Well I try to keep my mouth shut as long as possible but soon it just gets to that point where I don't care what the consequences are I've got to speak my mind.

Definitely depends on the situation, if keeping my mouth shut help the situation i will. But if saying what i think will help the situation better or my not speaking iwll make it worse, then i will speak.

I always think of the consequences first before I speak.If what I have to say is worth the repercussions,then I carefully choose my words and say them in the most positive way I can.A wise person knows when to speak up and when to keep quiet.

I am honest with my friends (but sometimes wait for a more private moment to speak) but say the diplomatic thing at work. The one time I did not follow this second rule, I was fired the same day.

I Always think first, What is worth more, how strongly do i feel about it, will it make a difference. Never speak out of anger a spoken word can never be taken back. If i truly believe strongly in my opinion i voice it, however, always trying to remain open and objective to other opinions and ideas.

i have always said what i thought, no matter what the consequences were. mayb not two situations with my parents but that was because of their significance, and i have told people about them. i told my sister about what had happened to me when two guys that were persian tried to do to me, the day after it happened - it happened right after i had turned seventeen and beginning my final year of school. i've told my friends and one of my cousins about this guy who i've fallen head over heels for and eventually shared kisses with - i really like this guy and i really hope that one day we can go out as boyfriend and girlfriend and that my parents would be able to accept it... unfortunately i dont know whether they will because he's aboriginal, and in australia with aboriginals is the same discrimination african americans and white americans have with each other. the flip side is that he comes from a wealthy family so that may change things a little, but at this point of time i dont think i should open my mouth to my parents yet about either situations. i dont need to tell them about what happened with the persian guys because i have learnt from that experience and have found clarity and have also moved on with my life, and as long as i believe in god and know that if there was one that he knows and forgives me for putting myself into that situation, and that makes me feel better about the situation. but yeah, apart from them two things, in which i did tell people about it anyway just not my parents, i havent kept anything from anyone nor do i intend to. im the type of person who says whatever comes to mind, and i dont care what people think of me in a way because that's just who i am.

Depends on the situation, if there been nasty then I give as good as I get, if there just having a general whinge I tend to keep quiet and whinge myself when there gone.
