I live in new york. people are generally the same. the skyline is completely changed. I was terrified to take the subways after those terrorist bombings. New yorkers have been used to danger for years. We were already jaded. Now,i think those of us who weren't affected are just happy to be alive. You'll notice that most new yorkers still liberal, though. There is a little more racism. people will look at "ethnic" people with a little more skepticism. The truth is the only thing that has changed is that the average citizen has less freedom. there are a million chances every day for a terrorist act. it would be all to easy to do something else again. We New Yorkers mostly ignore our fear and go about our every day lives. what else are we supposed to do?

Well, we now have homeland security////U may want to get into that. We also have more airport security. You could also write about how 9/11 changed peoples lives. Those who lost love ones.,etc.

well, i dont know how long this has to be, but i would say stick with your standard 5 paragraph essay. if you are persuading, state your point clearly. If you are writing an analytical essay, make sure to back up your points. if it is for a newspaper article try not to use opinions.
im definitely not going to write it for you though. good luck anyway!
