you should go to the doctor.... maybe he can correct the problem before it can really become something bad.

If you have been under alot of stress and it sounds like you have changed your health habits that is going to throw your body off alot. I wouldn't run to the doctor quite yet. I would see what it does this month and go from there. You will have that once and awhile that your body will get off schedule and the more that you worry about it and panic the worse it is. I am not on birth control either and if doesn't show up or if it shows up to much I stress out on that too! That does not make it any better, throws the system off even more. Try to relax and just keep up your normal routine and if I keeps doing it this month than I would go get checked out.

Are you under a lot of stress? Have you changed your diet? These can both be factors in messing up your cycle.
Your best course of action is to make an appointment with your Gynecologist so you can stop guessing. Knowledge is power!

Here's the thing it is really based in stress when it comes to how far apart and stuff it is. The same thing happened to me and it was only a one month thing and i was really stressed out myself. So just take it easy if ithappened again two times this month then see a doctor, otherwise, you're fine

A change in your diet could be to blame. If you are cutting back on your calories that could be to blame. I would go to the Dr and have your progesterone levels checked just to be sure.
