You mean you want to change your wallpaper?
Start>Control Panel>Display>Desktop.
Browse the wallpaper you want from there :)

right click on desktop and go to desktop icon change the background and press apply & ok

Right click on desktop and click delete on the item.

change it to none or scroll to one of your choice.
