I hope he is not dead because I want to track him down. Wrap that beard around his neck and slowly strangle him with it and watch his eyes pop out of his head...and then

OBL is getting old... he is and has been in frail health for sometime now.... however the French defense ministry called for an internal investigation of the leak of an intelligence document that raises the possibility that Osama bin Laden may have died of typhoid in Pakistan a month ago but said the report of the death remained unverified. So personally, I'm going to wait for all the facts to be in.

I think he is alive, but critically ill. If, as we presume, he is living with nature in the mountains of Asia, he is exposed to all elements of nature. There are, however, significant signs that show he could be dead:
An Islamic journalist has stated that he "knows bin Laden left this world".
bin Laden was supposedly in the Pakistan area when the catalysmic earthquake struck, meaning he could have been killed.
He suffers from a Kidney disorder that needs strong medication to help.
I am positive, though, that he has not been captured, which leads me to believe that perhaps he comitted suicide?
On more than one occasion, Coallition forces and Asian nations have said that bin Laden was "minutes from their grasp". bin Laden is a proud man, and perhaps if he killed himslef, it would spare him from the torture and questioning, and almost definate excecutin he would face at the hands of Coallition forces.

I heard that he died of kidney failure in a Saudi hospital. We know from the article below that he had a kidney problem on 9/11.

I think finding Osama Bin Laden is fiction, same degree as finding Nemo and it's a good way to divert the attention from the real problems and threats in the world, of which many have to do with the current foreign politics of the US. Fear is a good item to feed the public so that they obey in all the sense without asking too many nasty questions. It's in all the books.

I think all these Videos he stars are in are pre-recorded a month in advance and everytime there is a hint of war or anything related to that he gets one of his minnions to release them. I wouldnt be surprised if he is actually dead, because he may very well be, if they have been trying to find him for ages, and bombed all the mountains, he may be dead, but the taliban are probably just covering it!!

If he is actually dead, then I really don't care how; I'm just pleased that the world is free of him. Trouble is, there are always plenty of other pieces of vicious scum ready to step into his shoes.

If special forces did take him out, then good on them - I just hope they continue to be effective and as deadly as their reputation.

If he is dead, It was probably typhoid. Otherwise, you'd have Bush all over the place taking credit. It is election time , you know.
