Being charismatic means having intense charm or magnetism - not necessarily physical or sexual attractiveness, however... a very charismatic person would be someone you might find yourself trusting without knowing why, someone with a great smile, someone with great power of persuasion. (Such as the old phrase "he could sell a refrigerator to an eskimo".)
Some charismatic people: faith healers, revival preachers, politicians, Alec Baldwin
Charismatic people usually have a short-term, direct effect on other people - if they're good, they can talk you into almost anything - BUT...
An Influential person has an effect that is longer-lasting and of wider scope. For example, Jimi Hendrix is frequently referred to as one of the most influential rock musicians of all time. His style of guitar playing influenced so many other musicians that he has had a significant impact on thirty years of rock and roll... the people who copied him are now being copied by younger musicians who may not have even heard Hendrix play one of his own songs.
In other words, a charismatic person has an effect on the people they can contact directly, usually face-to-face, but an influential person can have an effect that lasts for generations after they are gone. Jesus. Gandhi.
Someone can, of course, be both charismatic and influential... President Kennedy, for example, was considered a "charismatic leader" in his time, and has certainly proved to be an influential figure in U.S. history.

Charismatic comes from Greek word charisma. Charisma was the gift that God offered to a person upon his/her birth in order to become someone special.
For example a child that since his/her birth shows the ability to play a musical instrument without having attended a special education on that, is a charismatic child. This child may be excellent in playing by his/herself a musical instrument but not necessarily will influence others to do the same.
Meanwhile an influential person may be a Manager in an enterprise who has been tought the art of managing. This person may influence others to immitate him even if by himself he might not be necessarily a charismatic person since his birth but he gained this knoledge through education.

Charasmatic people have an outgoing personality that attracts others to them. Their engaging personality has an influence on others. Others are drawn to them because they have a magnetic personality. Many preachers and politicians are charasmatic.
On the other hand, there are many ways to be influential. You don't have to be charasmatic. You can be quiet and reserved, yet still be influential in other ways. Some people are influential writers, teachers, and role models. You can be influential in the way you live your life and overcome adversity. If you demonstrate integrity in your living, that has a positive influence on those around you.

Paganism is a large branch of beliefs, whereas Wicca is just a subset of paganism. Like, Baptists are a subset of Christianity. Wiccans are pagans, but not all pagans are Wiccan.
