i'm weighing around 140 lbs, which is 60+ kg and my height is 4'11'', which is 151cm.. that's why i need plus size dresses.. and it will be even better if the boutique has tailoring service..

You can find anything in Singapore...the airport in S'pore has one of the best shopping in the world, not to mention hundreds of tailors and dressmakers.
