besides having to pay the bank back are there any other consequences to falling for the scam.

I Don't beleive so, but it would be best to ask the bank, and or a local lawyer. (laws being different everywhere)

too, check with the bank to see if there are fraud protection laws that will help you recover the money, but act quick, so that whoever you sent it to may still have the same addresses/account numbers...

You could be prosecuted for fraud but that is unlikely.
If you did you'd get what you deserve after all you though you were going to get money you didn't earn and that wasn't yours.

Hope you learned a lesson about greed!

can you explain more to the story? when you say you fell for a scam..its not saying a whole bunch.
