The first one is usually a missed period followed by nausea and vomiting, breast tenderness, frequent urination, cravings. The best way to tell if someone is pregnant is to take a pregnancy test...EPT has been the best one for me. Remember that some of these symptoms are also signs of other illnesses etc. so don't rely on them too much!

Well, if I thought I was pregnant and was a teen and didn't want to tell my parents, which by the way would be the best thing to do, I would first get a pregnancy test at your local pharmacy and take that test but remember they aren't always right. Then if your periods have stopped for more than two months I would see my gynecologist..then you will know for sure.

Well I will be 6 weeks on Monday. I found out on Wednesday that I was, my husband and I are thrilled. My first symptom was extreme tiredness. I always get tired before my period but this was different. I could not keep my eyes open. My boobs were not sore but really big. The bottom line is that every woman is completely different.

Nausea, sense of smell is stronger, breast tenderness. cravings, being more tired than usual, no more period (obviously), but some woman who are pregnant don't even get these symptoms so you can't always count on these.

The sure tell sign of whether you're pregnant or not is sore boobs. If your boobs hurt, you're pregnant, if not your not.
