My nasty ones have a tendancy of coming real, I always write them down, one of my major dreams, I told my mum, a month later it actually happened. Sometimes they seem to come real, but a lot of the time, they don't. Unfortuneately, the nasty ones seem to be the only ones that do it.

Me too. I don't have the energy to write them down because by the time I do I have told it to everyone to many times while trying to figure it out but then I'm to lazy by that point to write anything down. I usually don't have to pay attention to them the meaning s come to me like my intuition. Like 2+2=5, no matter what the dream I can always figure it out to a certain degree.
Cheers

I pay attention to my dreams.
I have had two in the past that i relived the FALLOWING day!! no word of a lie.
Since then i've been paying close attention to them. They haven't been 100% true lattely but if i have a nightmare i normally am fallowed by a bad day. if i have a great dream, that is usually fallowed by a good day.
So i think its a GREAT thing to have a dream journal!

I make a point of NOT paying attention to my dreams !! I need to live in the "awake world".

Interesting to know that people keep dream journal, maybe I should keep one too..
Anyway, sometimes i do wish it was real, especially when i was with someone i wish i was with in reality. but then again the recurring chased by spiders, falling from great heights dreams are not exactly what i want in reality..

I don't really remember my dream when I get up. I forget about it in about 1 to 2 hrs.

I write them down, too, but some are too bizarre to fit as a reality in any plane of existance

I do not think dreams are real but they can effect your quality of sleep.

enough to understand that they're subconscious thought, and in fact may be my true feelings. I evaluate them, and then make a change for the better within my life.
