it just freeze mid song or in the middle of whatever i am doing i cannot turn it off. i have to put it down till the battery goes dead then i recharge and its o.k again. someone said when this happens i should hold down the menu and play button but this does not work anyone got any other suggestion.

It's Probably one of the faulty Batch that Apple Released!
Take it back to where you Purchased it and they will swap it for a New one(That will hopefully work correctly)
If you encounter any problems with the retailer- Call Apple for Assistance - Or take to an Apple Retail Outlet
Apple are Excellent to deal with!
