go to your local health food store and get this stuff called "yeast cleanse" and it works.
Also, have her take acidophilus, which is a probiotic.

Buy a Kestrel! The Thrush will be gone in no time! We had naughty squirrels but the Kesrel should work here too!

You can get acidophilious at a health food store. Also, has your niece been checked for diabetes? Diabetes can cause reoccurant yeast infections in some patients. Garlic and yogurt into the vagina can help rid her of yeast infections.

hi,
she needs to establish if it really is thrush buy swab tests which can be done at gp, or sexual health clinic.
I know people dont like going to sexual health clinics but they are confidential and they are great at dealing with genital infections whether or not they are sexually related. Good luck!!

You can get a tablet called Difflucan it's a blue tablet that you take orally it is expensive for one tablet, think its about, £8 but it does work and it will get rid right away. Also she may have high sugar levels which contribute.

wear loose fitting clothes especially jeans nothing tight including underwear. have showers instead of baths if you must bath then don't stay in for longer than 5Min's. so wash straight away. no bubble baths in fact it would be best if u put nothing in, use unscented soaps. go women's health centre for more help and treatment. wear cotton underwear.

perhaps its the underwear she's wearing? she should wear cotton underpants, as any other material (satin, silk, etc) can cause thrush. its also better to wear skirts than tight trousers. and definately NO tights.
