i use to live with a foster family that had 3 drug babies.. they all had differen't signs.... anywhere from very HIGH pitch screams all the time for no reason... uncontrollable hands, they just wave them like there flying like a bird all the time, shaking there head back and forth all the time... The best way to find out more sypmtoms is to call and ask a pediatrtion or the health department

Need more details. Was the mother addicted to drugs while pregnant?
You really need to see a doctor for diagnose. There may be testing that needs to be done.
