It is hand held, with keys like a piano (both white and black) and measures 17 1/4" by 4 3/4" by 2". It has a mouthpiece which is inserted into one end and on the other end it has an amplifier jack. It has the word "BOHEMA" on the side. In order to produce sound you must blow through the mouthpiece and press the keys simultaneously. It was made in Czecheslovkia. All the paperwork is in Chezechslovakian. On the front cover it says: Delicia akordeon harmonika. Can anyone tell me what this is? Does it have any value?

I used to have one of those as a child!!! I remember it was a particularly nasty shade of pale green, with cream detail, and it was called a melodica.
You hold it up to your mouth with your left hand, and play tunes with your right.

Know what you mean, but can't remember what they were called. They came out in the UK in the sixties, I believe, and as you say were a cross between an accordian and a harmonica, though I don't remember an amplifier connection.
It might have some value to an instrument collector. Try e-Bay.

My closest guess is that it would be an accordian. I have no idea, this is definitely going on my watch list.
