Use the column structure that the first answer suggest and fill it with this info:

AIR:
Advantages: fastest way of transportation-allow long distance transportation- polluting
Disadvantage: costly-inconvenient for some products which need more space

SEA:
Advantages: convenient for big product- cheap way of transportation
Disadvantages: slow, cannot attend all countries which do not have sea access

Rail:
Advantages: cheap- moderately fast
Disadvantages: cannot function in some places due to geographic reasons

Road:
Advantages: for short distances
Disadvantages: can take time because of traffic

u can add that all these means reduce time , and cause pollution

I would assess each on the basis of several factors: cost, safety, speed, comfort, convenience, flexibility, and availability. You might consider the circumstances where each would be ideal - you probably would not choose air travel for a distance of 50 miles, for example. In some areas train travel is very convenient, while in others there are very few trains available (if any), and they may leave/arrive at times like 3 am.

Draw a table with four rows and two columns.
Make the cells really big so you have plenty of room to write.
Write "advantages" above one column and "disadvantages" above the other.
To the left of the table, next to each row, write the four modes of transportation (so each row will be about one).
Now start brainstorming.
