Our pre-nup states that I am to receive none of my wife's trust fund if we should divorce and that my wife forfeits her right to alimony because of it, but the house we own will be split fifty-fifty. I am, however, one of the beneficiaries of the trust fund, along with my son and her sister, should she pass away or wish to surrender power-of-attourney and we are still married at the time.
