If you are feeling run down, you probably should visit your doc first. Make sure all is well.
As for weight, my son is one of those really skinny kids that has a hard time gaining weight. My son is in 7th grade and weighs just 70 pounds (same as our friend's 2nd grader!) A friend from college was the same way.
Because neither have stomachs big enough to overeat, they have to find foods that are PACKED with calories and eat them frequently. For example, a mid-morning snack of a big yummy muffin adds 400 calories. An afternoon snack of a small milkshake from Ben and Jerry's adds another 350. An evening snack of cheesecake nets another 600.
Try to eat healthy at meals to offset the downside of such snacks, too much sugar and fat, (you can be skinny and still have heart disease). ALso eat a little more at regular meals as much as possible.
I'm chubby and sometimes envy my son's metabolism... but I know from my college friend that it's not always fun when you HAVE to overeat just to maintain. Remember, look for small portions with HUGE calories and eat 6+ times a day. That's the best thing around here.

Holland and Barrett's muscle and weight gainer is good, it may sound vile but the strawberry is the nicest flavour. Make it with soya milk, not dairy, and have 1 - 2 shakes a day depending on how much you want to gain.

Well, thats easy, just pig out on chocolate and cakes. Once you are at the weight you want to be then just eat normally again but treat yourself once in a while.

Eat more !! But first get advice from your doctor, as you might have an underlying medical condition giving rise to your weight loss.
For example, I have a friend who has an overactive thyroid and is stick thin. Lucky b*stard.

i think you need to see a doctor and a natropath. just eating fatty food is very dangerous, as you colersterol will suffer immensely. also, the fatty deposits lead to clogging and hardnening of the arteries, which increases the chance of heart disease. i think you need to treat the cause, not the symptom. good luck.
