mostly i am waked up after i feel my thing is fully erect and have pain that wake me up. this erect last for about 5 to 20 minut even after im wakedup. this happen 3 to 7 times a month.

check ur blood pressure....
check ur medications if they are causing that (since some drugs are causing praipism(painfull erection)).
check up with a doctor

I have read warnings on erection medications which say that if you have erection for more than 4 hours, you should go to a hospital because it can cause serious damage to the tissues of the penis. If you had one for 40 hours, you likely have done some serious damage. I dont know if it will heal, but for your sake, I hope it does.

this happens to me too, it means you need to go pee pee, but try to wait until it goes down a little first or you will need to recarpet the bathroom.
