I think you need far more help in the spelling and grammar areas.
Drawing well is often a talent you are born with. If you "suck" then it's very possible you will suck for life. However, the best thing you can do is practice, practice, practice. That's how musicians get better, actors get better, and so on. So get out your sketchbook and start practicing. If you're not ready to spend all your time doing that, might I suggest picking up a dictionary for leisure reading?

You can certainly draw a lot of question marks, but to get to your dilemma, practice on common objects found in and around the home. Instead of looking at books, draw them!
Concentrate on the mundane and spice them up, such as the coffee pot in the corner, the recliner near the coffee table, salt and pepper shakers on the table--anything is game for sketching.
Meanwhile, practice on displaying better grammar on this board; that too, shows intellect in action.

you need talent if you want to learn go to an art school or something if you can't start tracing drawings then keep on doing it untill you become better and sometimes all you have to have is a little inspiration. (i only found out i was able to draw really well last year and now i got so use to it i draw in pen) (and my classmate only drew really well when she had to get her grades up)
