It takes place 13-19 Nov 2006. see www.enterpriseweek.org for more details. you can hold a speednetworking event - they are aiming for 1000 to take place at the same time on the 17th or put forward a team for the make your mark challenge - which they reckon is possibly the uk's largest live enterprise competition! Loads of schools, colleges and unis are already taking part - and workplaces too. Check out thr event diary to see what's going on - so what will you do????

As a tax and rate payer, l see little point in the exercise, as there is no way of measuring the return on investment, ie how much this sort of thing cost compared to how much will be generated.
There is almost a disease in our country where money time and effort is directed to meaningless exercises of this nature, designed to give an appearance of inclusion, but in fact adding cost with no benefit to anyone, we do not serve our young people well by treating them as political pawns.
I would like a lot more say over 'public servants' who spend my money on this and many other things....but we sleepwalk into letting the tail wag the dog...is that the result we look for from this type of exercise?
