Don't wait - go to the doctor now as an emergency or go to the emergency room. You might have a serious infection and I would not wait to get it taken care of immediately. Better safe than sorry in all cases where there is numbness and sudden bleeding.

Don't Wait, go to the emergency room. You could have a very bad infection. Or you may be bleeding internally.

Call your Dr. or the hospital should be able to tell you if you need to come in, don't wait on this one, sounds serious, good luck

If the pain or bleeding is bad then don't wait.

Ring the hospital and explain to them, they will let you know if you need to come up right away.
But yes, it sounds like a DONT WAIT one.
