Im no longer confident what style of FM transmitter you're speaking about.As a Ham operator we use FM on both-meter band and also you should have a license. you won't be able to use a frequency it truly is commercial or no longer specific so so that you could use. in case you reason distinct interference you could get into some problem. back Im no longer confident what style of transmitter you've or what you're making use of it for.

Possiby. I would check out in detail. Think it is legal, but not 100% sure.

Should be able to use it in US or some EU countries. Again, not totally sure.
