Apply through UCAS, show that you have a record of outstanding academic achievement, wow them at interview with your knowledge, aptitude and enthusiasm for your subject. It's not impossible to get in you know.
Sometimes international students are more likely to be accepted because they pay higher tuition fees, but since you're an EU citizen you would be paying the same as UK students, so no advantage there unfortunately.
Oh, and you can only apply to either Oxford OR Cambridge in any given year, so choose wisely!

don't worry, being english is nothing to do with it, in fact you probably have a better chance of getting in because oxford and cambridge use positive discrimination to improve their diversity. oh and by the way, make sure you apply to one or the other, not both. they don't like it if you apply to both, they like you to really want to go to one. make sure you do a shedload of community work too.

I have the same problem.I am from russia.So documents from my school are not suitable here.Having this problem, I went to EF office in my city.THey said that studing in UK univesity was possible,but I had to study in english college,in order, to get documents that will let me to go to Uk universty.So now I am doing A-levels in Torquay,the south of England.There are also a lot of people from different countries,who want to study in UK universities.
My advice: go to the university site and look if documents from your country are suitable and you do not have to do A-levels and if not, you have to do A-levels in english town for two years.

Take an entrance exam, attend the interview and if you make the grade you will be allowed in. Just Like any other university.

syou have to do something to stand out loads of people apply with good grades and good finances, you've gotta have these too, but do some volunteer work.
