i feel like i should dump him, but since he's nice to me i'm not sure. he's nice to me, but cruel to my friends (most of em') and my friends hate him. should i dump him.. OR not? I'M TORN!

just follow your heart.....there's no need to choose between your bf n' your friends......just tell your bf to be nice to your friends n' ask what's the matter with him......understand him , maybe if he's wrong about your friends, try to change his point of view......then, everyone is happy without hatred...... :)

Do 3 things to check your perceptions:
1) State the obvious to him w/out making accusations. Tell him what you see happening.
2) Tell him what you are thinking because of what is happening and how it makes you feel.
3) Ask him directly - is this correct? Give him the opportuntiy to explain.
Results: you may see things from a different perspective and things will work out -OR- you might find that your friends are right and save yourself a lot of grief.

Boyfriends that are mean to friends really need to go. When men are mean to their girlfriends friends, it usually means he wants her to him self. It could be a good thing, but it usually isn't. Once he gets you to not have any friends, thats when the abuse starts. Once you have no support from the outside, he will try to control everything you do. Get out now!

What makes you think he is not just putting on a show for you, and his real self is cruel, and you just have not seen it yet. He may be a good actor, dump him.
