I've noticed Yahoo getting hammered in a number of areas, especially in Yahoo Finance.
If you look at their job openings, about half are in the finance area. That's a lot!
If you want to report it, the link is at the bottom of the page once you click help in the top right.
It might be time to change.
Perhaps finance.google.com. It's pretty cool!

I've noticed problems they've had recently, particularly in their message boards service. Their Market Tracker financial quote system has been available nearly 100% of the time, though.
Yahoo does not respond to queries from the Yahoo Answers system. Try contacting them directly at support@yahoo.com.
