look in a medical supply store
Here's something I found by searching for anatomical model pregnant. There are probably others out there that are closer to what you want, but this will get you started.

"Anatomical Model of a Visible Man and Woman
Visible Man and Woman Kits Each kit includes a complete skeleton, veins and arteries, eyes, brain and removable vital organs, which can be painted (paint and blue not included). The Visible Woman includes a 7 month-old fetus. Models come complete with display stand, instructions and 12-page teaching guide. Ages 10 and up. Painted models shown for illustration only."
AND:

It is a Damien Hirst and it is in the courtyard of the Royal Academy, off Piccadilly in central London.

The photo does not do it justice, it is very striking and rather beautiful to my mind. I saw it in the summer when I visited the Royal Academy summer exhibition, but as far as I know the statue is a permanent exhibit.
