i want to text spain from england do i have to add the spainish code on mobiles or just the mobile number?

I sent texts to Spain and just used the mobile number, no code. I sent and received texts no problem.

My dear,you need to add the code Number (0034)or sign (+ )if u have a good network(phone).I wish u all the best!Im preesently in Spain

you must add..00 34 and then the number
