if your skin tone is the same as your avatar then you can get a tattoo anywhere if i were you i would put it in a place thet only you can see it and you can show to people but keep covered for say your job like your shoulder your stomach or maybe even your ankle

i got mine done in a good tattoo parlour... one on the small of my back, one on my ankle, one on my inner thigh, and one on my shoulder... it just depends on what u want and where it will look best. Get something that means something to u, and get it where u feel most comfortable with.

Go to a tatoo parlor ---- having them done by an amateur is risky.
