How soon do you want to get pregnant again? Or torn and back in hospital? Or both?
It is normally 6 weeks even for a vaginal delivery.
Let's put it this way there are only 10 month's difference between my mother's older brother and herself. And she was a 9 1/2 month baby.
If he is horny have him try using his hand or your hand or your mouth. Besides if you are in a committed relantionship he should be able to wait for a while until you are properly healed up down there.

My sister had a c-section and she had to wait 6 weeks just like everyone else. You're body still needs time to heal whether the delivery was natural or performed by operation.
Even after her 6 week check up, her abdomen was still tender and sore. It was a little easier for her to get around, but she still had moments of discomfort.
But everyone is different. Definitely wait until after your postpartum check up, but how soon after that depends on you.
Good Luck.

it's more like weeks not days. at ur 6 wk checkup after the operation ur doctor will tell u if it is okay to have intercourse again or not. wait until u feel ready, and use lubrication because u may find ur membranes have dried since having a baby because of the sudden drop in estrogen. good luck

Good Lord... I would think you would NOT want to have intercourse for a while till you heal up!
I think it varies on each person. I suppose you mean cecarian when you say have a baby through operation.
Maybe two months or so, depending on how the incision heals.

I believe doctors recommend waiting 6 weeks after either a Cesarean or a vaginal delivery

Your doctor will recommend 6-8 weeks. If you are nursing, you won't have lubrication and it will be painful. This is true even if you have a c-section. Don't try to do anything too soon as your cervix needs time to close as to not introduce infection.

NOT YET!
You should be talking weeks not days after.
I'd wait till my six-week checkup to make sure everything has healed and whatnot.
I know you're probably getting pressure from your husband, but he's just gonna have to wait. You need to stand your ground. This is your body and you want to protect it from disease and infection...especially now.
I'd wait.
-------
Agree with Lioness too, if you are nursing you will need lube, or it'll be too painful.

I believe it's the same as vaginal birth. (6 weeks) But it depends on how you feel and how clean you will be. (Using a condom so there is less risk of infection) But you really should ask your doctor. Everyone's pregnancy and recovery is different.
