if you are caucasian then you should first apply colurs that will not be swallowed by your colour and also those that wont stick out too much . the colur you choose should be in a light to dark in sequence . for exaqmple if its pink you do pale then pink to light purple that way you look like you have an evening look and a day look totally hot jus start under the eyebrow till near the eyelashes and your good to go

first of all u clean the eyes,then u put a small amount of concealer on the cerne(under the eyes)with ur finger.then u put dark eyeshadow in the outside corner u blended a little bit with a brush, then u put soft color on the inside eyes corner.then u put a thin line eyeliner immediately on the lashes.then the mascara.if u want some glamor u add a star powder under ur eyebrows immediately.

There are many variables in each individuals eyes and face contour, let alone the subtle coloration of ones skin, so to tell you what would look right is impossible. But, this site has the basic tools needed and some instruction on how to do eye makeup:

You must have a eye pallet that at least consist of 3 colours use the lightest as base than the medium colour for the lid and the darkest apply it lightly at the end of your eyes to make you eye looks bigger..

Apply a very light and neutral fresh looking eye shadow,then with black mascara comb your eye lashes to get that curvy look,and if you don't want any clumps with an eye lash comber brush gently and all your clumps will come off,then with eye liner apply on the white layer on the top of your bottem eye,then on the top,and don't put it very heavy,and lightly apply right close to your eyelashes on top....................and vuala................you've become a master.

put a highlight under the brow bone like a white or cream apply a light shade to the socket and a darker one to the corners and then layer on the mascara

start with a pale yellow shadow all over the upper lid then use darker shades on the outside and lighter shades on the inside, finish up with eye linner and 2 coats of mascara...
