Create a new document and use the templates feature. Located under Business forms, MS Word 2000 and 2003. It's not difficult.

if you have a latest version like xp 2002 or the colorful 2003 then on the left handside you can see the
"new from template"
"general template" (click on this ) .
and you'll get wizard box .named template
click on publications and you will see three templates named
brochure, manual, thesis and directory.click on brochures and then start your work

thank you for helping me earn two points atleast coz i am desperate to go to level two
bye

whenever you have problem with applications either contact help or go to templates where there are readymade standards for anything you want

Use the landscape mode and divide the page into columns. Define the boundaries then encode the text contents and after these have been laid out, insert the necessary graphics for the needed adjustments.

One limitation I can cite is the relatively wide perimeter margins that MS Word requires as well as the absence kerning to maximize space.

If you have to use word, I would recommend just making three columns and working within those. You also might consider making three text boxes.
