There is no way unless he tells you (and you believe him). All the things you mention are NOT reliable. Every man is different in that respect!
Quick ejaculation depends on how aroused he is, slow (or no) ejaculation can often be due to shyness, lack of self assurance and that sort of thing - certainly not necessarily because it's his first time, position of the foreskin is absolutely no guide at all and in any case, most men masturbate.

Why is this important?
First of all - not all women bleed and if they do, it may not be that much.
About men - some men take 5 seconds even if he's had sex 500 times. Not all men are "good". It takes time to make sex "good" with someone. The longer you are with someone and the more you love them makes the experience better.

u will not know by how soon he ejaculates or his foreskin. for the most part u can't tell at all. he may seem experienced at sex if he is not a virgin but that is not a good test either.

It's not that complicated, if he knows just what he's doing, he's probably not a virgin. If he is nervous and misses the intended target once or twice he's probably a virgin.
