UPDATE: I just read the question you're referring to. Perhaps LLT is the person's initials. If you look at his profile and the answers he's given, he types LLT in the reference part.....

Don't know what LLT stands for, but you could ask the person who answered your question, that person was zulu, Click on his avatar to go to his page, click view 360, and click send a message, ask your question and send, who knows you might get the answer you need.
