I want to get list and information about colleges and universities in various countries where indian students can take admission and those colleges give commission to study abroad advisors per admission.

In the U.S., at least, such commissions are illegal for any institution that receives federal money. In fact, an article recently appeared in In Higher Ed about a lawsuit based on allegations of a college paying bonuses to advisors according to the number of students they enrolled:

"...a provision in the Higher Education Act ... prohibits colleges from offering bonuses or other incentive pay to admissions officers or recruiters based on specific enrollment goals, to discourage them from giving officials extra incentive to bring in any potential student, regardless of academic ability."
