If you have butter and marshmallows, you can melt the butter and marshmallows in a saucepan - then mix the cereal (works for any cereal) with that and then press it into a 9x13 pan to make cereal bars.
your other options:
go to the store
buy a cow or visit a farmer with one
ask a neighbor if you could buy some milk from them
call someone and offer to pay them if they bring you milk
check to see if there any local grocery delivery services near you
