There is no such thing as 'luck'. It's a quality given to explain a piece of good fortune or chance that happens to someone.
Attitude is a posture or feeling or state of thought. If you have a bad attitude then ou will reap the rewards of that be people being negative towards you so that would be your own actions that cause it not 'luck'.
For example let's say the boss at work was considering a promotion and had two people to choose from with equal qualifications. If one of them was surly and unco-operative due to attitude then he would surely choose the other one to promote. It wouldn't be that he had been 'lucky' but that he displayed the better attitude.
If you have a bad attitude then try to learn tolerance and wisdom so as to improve the feelings of others towards you.

You can have bad luck:- you can be born to abusive parents, things can fall from the sky onto your head, you can be attacked for no reason by a violent lunatic, your house can be burnt down by an arsonist, etc. If you have had any or many such outcomes it is hard to maintain a positive attitude; people pick up on this and being the way that they are treat you badly as a consequence. You tend then to become cynical and suspicious of people. To dispel these ideas they cheat and lie to you (that's just the way that the masses behave). So, your attitude leads to a lack of luck basically because you miss out on every opportunity; with the reason being that you are never given a go. If you try to force things, this also upsets people because they are so insecure and blindly follow each other in the group. That is why the world is such an unjust and corrupt place.

Possibly. If you were to say you make your own luck etc then you will. For example. If you walk under ladders eventually you will be hit with a falling paint pot.
