I received an email that said the government had details of porn sites I checked out and I knew it wasnt true. I would just get rid of the email and ignore it

just go the Internet explorer or which ever browser you are using and go the tools and say delete temprory internet files.Or you can go to Freewarefiles.com and search for CleacCache.exe
