There are volumes of books discussing IR spectroscopy -- far too much to be sent over the web. I graduated with a degree in chemistry 30 years ago, and I have many of my texts from then. I have five different books, encompassing probably 2000 pages or more, just on IR spec. No way you're going to get that over the web. Try the campus library!
