nope.
all trooglers are mooglers.
all mooglers are hoomlers (sometimes).

so, you can say that all trooglers are hoomlers (sometimes) but it does not mean that all hoomlers are trooglers.

you can also draw it out like this (I think):

-draw a circle - this is the trooglers
-draw a larger circle around it - this is the mooglers. So not all of the mooglers are trooglers right? Just the ones inside the troogler circle as well.
-now, draw a third circle around the mooglers - these are the hoomlers.

So only the hoomlers that fall into both of the other circles are mooglers or trooglers.

Simple, right?

Of course not.
All trooglers are mooglers, but you did not tell if if only trooglers are mooglers. Something else can also be mooglers. Therefore some mooglers can be other than trooglers too.
