Depends on if they have the mineral right sometimes u buy some land and u don't own the mineral rights that way if they find oil or some such mineral u don't get the privledge of it being yours. My house came with the mineral rights so i guess u could say i own a small peice of the earth to the core may B?

That depends on lots of things. What can you control might be the best answer. If you could own the piece of land to the center of the earth, could you keep other people from infringing on your rights? Also, could you even detect if they had somehow trespassed on your property? If you could detect them trespassing, could you by lawful means remove them? If you could own your land to the center of the earth, do you plan on making a trip there to see what you own?

of course not just like they dont own it up to the top of the sky. they have boundaries and limits- it costs more to get more obviously. they find out how much they have when they buy it so it varies - but of course they wouldn be allowed to own it too far down because of all the pipes and plumming the council wouldnt let them
