so if im on wireless and i delete my history folder through tools - options, and delete all files and stuff then can any other computer using the same internet see where ive been? lol i havnt been anywher dodge im just wondering

No, they will not see where you have been. They must be using your computer, and know how to find, where you have been. Most regular users of a computer, would not know where to look, on your computer. If you are going to sell your computer, or give it away, there are programs that will write over everything that you have on your computer. That's what you need to do, if you are no longer going to use your computer. Click it>>

Just because you delete your history does not mean it is gone. The site and info is still on your HD. Purchase a Program called PC Evidence Destroyer and it will take care of what you want to do. There are many other utilities you can purchase also that does the same thing.

Absolutely.
Buy yourself PC file shredder. Will wipe out your hard drive files that you deleted.
If someone is really good they can re-establish all your searches and thus sites and whatever you also stored.
Retrieval is not simple for average person but for "puter" they can tell your life history.

no way !!

but certain isp's show last 10 to last 100 sites visited in user's internet account (portal) website(which requires u to login)
