I do not think that the history can be bought back up after you clean it out the way you are doing it. I also clear everything out when I sign off my computer, but try this. Go to http://www.restoration.com, and use the program to search for the name of the sites you want to pull back up, or just type in the sites address again. This utility is VERY small, just a few Bytes, and it does a decent job. You can also download Yahoo Desktop Search, and it will give you everything that has ever been on your computer. Kind of a large download though.

Its a slightly cumbersone process but if you really need to here is how -
You'll need to use your computer as less as possible because History is stored as file and once deleted the process is same as recovering deleted files through data recovery software. Now when you delete a file the space which is vacated in windows is used by newer files so lesser use of computer will enhance the chances.
You will need a software called final data enterprise and since you are looking specifically for history files you need to look into folder - C:\Documents and Settings\LOGON NAME\Local Settings\History
The software is pretty easy to use and should help you get it.

U can delete the history of search bar on ur homepage (whatever it is either Yahoo! or Google) by following this path. Tools> internet options> content> auto complete> clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.
To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools> internet options> general > clear history > set the number of days to zero> ok.
U can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history.
For firefox
tools>>options>>privacy>>history&saved forms
It will solve ur all search related problems.
