Body mass index (BMI).
It's nothing but....Body weight in kilogram divided by square meter of the body length...
For example my body weight is 78 kgs and body length is 180 cms (1.8 mts)
So my BMI = 78/ 1.8 x 1.8 = 24.07
BMI rates are bellow
20 to 25 normal
Up to 30 is fatty body but not dangerous
More than 30 is dangerous and it cause serious health problems.
It means I'm not a fatty guy
This way you can calculate, whether you are fat or not
Now you feel, you are fat....there is a better solution for reduce fat
Two table spoon of honey+ one lemon (concentrated juice of lemon. Do not add water) mix it well, and use it 3 times a day. And reduce your eating habbit by 1/3rd or 1/4th.
Within month you will get a better result.

Have you gotten your thyroid checked, because if you have an under active thyroid, then you have to get on medication and all the things in the world won't help quickly. You could start walking at first, then run for a short time, and gradually work up. You should get checked and see if you are in good health before you start this. I do not know your age, but you want to be sure that you do not have any potential heart blockages, because heart disease if the number one killer of women. If you want to start eliminating sugar from your diet, and carbs, go to high protein to curb your craving for food. Eat 4 small meals per day, drink water, and make sure you include protein, like fish, chicken, etc. Cut out the pastas, breads, turn to veggies and fruit. Swimming is a good one too, if you have a YWCA. Good luck, but it is not healthy to lose weight real fast, just has to come off in a gradual time frame. Like 6 months of more, if you are talking about a lot of weight. Don't get in too big of a hurry, and take your time. It will come off.

First off stop dieting, if you are really ready to loose weight then you will need to change your eating habits for life.
First off keep track of what you eat for a couple of day's. Then figure out the calories of what you are eating I know this sounds like a lot but most people are creatures of habit and eat the same things and most of the calories are on the packages you eat and with Weight watcher points someone told me that is about 50 calories per point. If you drink Pop cut back till you get down to 1 a day, Drink Water!!!! If you want a little change of pace add 2 TBSP of Lemon juice and 1TBSP of Pure Maple syrup it makes a healthy lemonade and will help flush out your system. Now start moving as you walk do lunges throughout the day, do push ups on the wall, as you are washing dishes or cooking do side and back leg kicks, get on the floor put your legs on a chair and do crunches as you start to loose weight add more exercise.
Doing it this way you can eat what you want but stay in your calories 1200 to 1600. Try to stay at 1200 but if you have a day you need a sweet don't beat yourself up if you go up to 1600

I truly understand your problem,but you not can reduce weight in few days,but here is the diet chat which can help you to reduce weight,its harmless ,it don't have any side effect .
Day 1-Only fruits
Day 2-Only boiled vegetables
Day 3- 6 bananas and 1 glass of milk
Day 4- fruits and vegetables
Day 5- 1 bowl of rice and tomato (chutney)
Day 6- 1 bowl of rice and 1 mashed potato
Day 7- fruits and vegetables
All the best as it need lot of will power to follow the diet plan ,but it really works.

every morning have a cup of warm water with lemon
lunch have a vegetable or fruit smoothie
snack have nuts or fruit
lunch have a baked potato, salad
snack herbal tea
dinner something like like a salad with fish
have friut or veg
drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
you can have fresh juice drinks
and you can have low calorie fizzy drinks like diet coke
recipes are simple and easy email me if you want recipes
i lost a stone by doing this.
make sure you walk everywhere and try and go to the gym or do regular exercise 3 times a week
perhaps it would be motivating if you joined a slimming club so you could socialise and lose the weight with someone else which can be highly motivating

Think about getting started on a new way of living for your birthday without the need to loose a zillion pounds. Plan a realistic amount to loose by your birthday, couple pounds, and maybe set a goal for next birthday. A slow gradual weight loss program is going to be your best bet to keep the weight off. You have the rest of your life to get it right, start slow, if you fail, start again. Good luck!

Hi, I lost alot of weight recently and I didn't spend alot of money. I don't buy things that will tempt me(chocolate,fast food,regular pop, etc...) and I would exercise for only thirty minutes every day. I don't have any fancy exercise equipment I would take thirty minute walks or I would do step aerobics. I also tasted alot of healthy food and decided which one I liked the best and I ate the same foods every day for like three months straight. I cut out pork and beef and it made a big difference. Good luck

Try this tip.
Drink a glass of lime juice with salt and honey early morning on empty stomach. For the next two hours don't have any thing. Also substitute rice with oil free rotis.
