What a daft question to ask, first I bet your Scottish like me, and up in Scotland most stuff is fried.
Regarding your diet of what you have just said, if you carry on with that type of life style, then I'm sorry to say that you will die young. I myself am overweight, before my nan died in 1989 I was 21 stone. Up untill I was about 7 years old , I was a normal size, I didn't have any friends at all throughout my school years hence I comfort ate and piled on the weight, and was bullied terribly most of my school life and into my adult life at work. People don't bother with me as a friend, some talk to me but that's that. I still have no friends. At 16 years of age I met a guy and became friends but he died at 25 years of age. Later I sort of tried to have a friendship with another guy in England, he used me a lot and he died of full blown aids. When my nan died My weight soared to 30 stone, in the end I paid the price, I suffered a brain haemorrhage and other probs including diabetes and kidney failure.
So for your sake stay clear of KFC etc, eat healthyly and you will live longer.
I have lost approx 8 stone in 2 years, most being fluid which is removed by a kidney machine.
Take this as a warning.

Try eating a double portion of McDonald's for breakfast and maybe some Burger King too, apparently if you eat a filling breakfast it helps you loose weight.

I don't care what those places addvertise. If your eating that crap, your going to be fat. Its a wounder your arteries haven't cluged yet! Your killing yourself each time you eat there! Once in a will ok fine, but everyday OMG its a wounder your not dead!
Look you want to lose waight, get off your butt, join a gym, whight lift, go for walks, join a swim team. Any exsiresize you want. An for the love of god stop eatting all that crap!
Join a diet group... just stop doin what your doing

Ha ha I cant believe you tried to have a laugh with this question and so many people didnt get the joke? Good on the people who told you you need to eat more pizza etc in order to loose weight. I think you really should change your diet and lifestyle and soon you are signing you own death certificate if you continue. Not only that be you stand to get some nasty illnesses before hand. Quit while you still can!

Stop 'Ordering' and try the ancient art of 'cooking,' for yourself.
Cook decent food.
And, find something else to fill your time - like writing and spelling propper like, and cut out the wind-ups.
