London Calling - The Clash,just a great song and anthem at a time when the music scene was going to crap(the 80s), at the time The Clash was "The only band that mattered".They still are ,if you listen to music now they are a HUGE influence.

Robert Palmer - Addicted to love..The fact I know the words and can sing along is one reason I like it. You wouldn't want to be around at the time though ;>) I presume you class this as rock. And I always wanted to look like one of those women in the video.

has to be meatloaf /paradise by the dashboard light summed up the time the mood and i was young and ready for anything life was going to throw at me, got a few others too but this summed up life to perfection, first car first real love etc etc
