There's probably no single universal word used by Everyone. However, one of the worlds oldest and most common words (variations of it, at least) is- Mom.
Believe it or not, the word 'Mama' goes all the way back to the earliest known languages of the Sumerian, and has permeated nearly all other languages in some similar form to mean- mother.
